Antonia Xu

Toni Xu is an associate in the firm’s New York office and a member of the Corporate Practice Group, with a particular interest in media, technology and intellectual property. She has assisted with a variety of corporate transactions involving IP and technology licensing, media and content distribution, and copyright and trademark issues. She works with clients across industries, including traditional TV distributors, streaming platforms, AI and machine learning companies, and technology service providers.

Toni also maintains an active pro bono practice assisting clients across commercial matters, focusing on clients in the arts and cultural spaces. Her work has included drafting and negotiating exhibition and license agreements, as well as counseling on non-profit formation and governance.
